摘　　要：目的探讨男性腮腺炎致无精子症患者配偶采用IVF/M结合ICSI技术成功怀孕的经验。方法选择在我院生殖医学中心就诊的男性腮腺炎无精子患者,显微镜下切开取精,配偶采用IVF/M结合ICSI技术。结果 9例男性腮腺炎致无精子症患者配偶成功怀孕。结论 IVF/M结合ICSI技术是治疗男性腮腺炎致无精子症的一种人性化、经济的方法。Objective： To discussion on successful experience of pregnant about azoospermia patients caused by mumps with spouse adopts IVF/M combined with ICSI. Methods： Azoospermia patients caused by mumps in attendance Center for reproductive medicine in our hospital with microdissection testicular sperm extraction and spouse adopts IVF/M combined with ICSI. Results ： 9 ca- ses of spouse were pregnancy about azoospermia patients caused by mumps. Conclusion： IVF/M combined with ICSI technology is a method of humanized, economic treatment of azoospermia patients caused by mumps.
