摘  要:目的探讨腮腺炎致无精子症患者抑制素B水平的关系及临床意义。方法 38例腮腺炎致无精子症患者,经睾丸切开取精(TESE),显微镜下观察能否找到活动的精子,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定血清FSH浓度,ELISA测定血清抑制素水平。结果腮腺炎TESE无精子症患者与TESE获得精子组和对照组相比,血清FSH水平显著升高(P<0.01),抑制素B水平显著降低(P<0.01)。TESE获得精子组与对照组相比,血清FSH水平升高,但无显著差异(P>0.05);抑制素B水平轻微下降。结论血清FSH水平结合抑制素水平的可作为预测无精子症的无创检测指标之一。Objective: To evaluate relationship and clinical value of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and the predictive value of inhibin B level in azoospermia patients caused by mumps. Methods : 38 azoospermia patients, 28 patients with sperm seen after testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and 10 patients were not and 10 healthy subjects were involved in this study. The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were detected by chemoluminescence method and serum inhibin B was measured by sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The serum FSH level in azoospermia patients caused by mumps when TESE without sperm group was significantly higher than that in groups of TESE with sperm and control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). While the mean serum inhibin B level in azoospermi patients with mumps without spermatozoa by testicular sperm extraction (TESE) was significantly decreased than those in the other two groups ( (P 〈 O. 01 ) ). In TESE with sperm group, the serum FSH level was increased but without significant difference and the inhibin B level was slightly decreased caopared with those of control group. Conclusion: Serum inhibin B level determination combined with serum FSH may be prediction of non - invasive detection index for azoospermia patients caused by mumps.
