摘  要:九方城市广场位于天津滨海新区,为大底盘多塔结构。三栋塔楼中,一栋高212.4m的超高层办公楼为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,另外两栋高度分别为99.35,92.25m的公寓,为高位转换的部分框支抗震墙结构。介绍了超高层及高位转换结构的抗震性能目标设置、薄弱层楼板的分析方法等问题,着重讨论了加强层设置对超高层结构刚度的影响及高位转换情况下转换层的加强措施。通过弹塑性分析研究了开洞框支梁在罕遇地震下的受力特点和抗震性能。The Jiufang Town Plaza is located in the Tianjin New Coastal Area, which is a 3-tower structure with an enlarged base. One of the towers is a super high-rise office building with 212. 4 meters high, which is a reinforced concrete frame- core wall structure. The other two towers are apartment buildings with 99.35meters and 92. 25 meters high respectively, which are partly frame supported shear wall structures with a high level transfer story. The determinations on seismic performance objects are discussed for a super high-rise building and a high level transfer story building, and analysis methods on slabs with weak situations. It emphasizes on impacts of story with outriggers to the structural stiffness, the enhancement measures on outriggers of a high level transfer story, and studies the seismic performance of the structure with hole under rare earthquake by elasto-plastic analysis.
