摘  要:福州三迪·联邦大厦高218m,为钢管混凝土柱+钢筋混凝土梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。重点介绍了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等。通过静力弹塑性分析和动力弹塑性时程分析等计算手段,找出结构的薄弱环节,并采取相应的抗震措施予以加强。在中震验算和弹塑性验算中,均发现核心筒局部墙体承载力不够,设计中在核心筒局部位置加设了钢板剪力墙。Fuzhou Sandi" Federal Mansion is 218m in height. It is a mixed structure, which consists of concrete-filled steel tube column, reinforced beam and reinforced core tube. It is especially focused on the structural arrangement, anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis. The weak position of structure was found out by pushover analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, and the corresponding strengthening measures were adopted on the position. By means of middle seisms and elastic-plastic calculation, the carrying capacity of some core tube shear wall was not enough, and the steel plate shear wall is used in those places of core tube.
