摘  要:基于ABAQUS对加固加层后的老旧砌体住宅结构进行了动力时程分析研究。老旧砌体住宅采用外套预制钢筋混凝土墙加固,并采用钢结构进行隔震加层,可增加建筑面积。加固加层后的结构是含有砌体、混凝土和钢结构的混合结构,并且采用了层间隔震技术。由于结构较复杂,对其进行动力时程分析具有一定的复杂性。首先,叙述了采用双线性模型的隔震支座模拟方法,并验证了该方法的正确性;其次,以某工程为例,探讨了老旧砌体住宅增层隔震后的结构的分析方法。研究结果表明,加层后下部结构的基底剪力和位移有一定削弱,加层具有一定的可行性,分析方法也可为类似结构提供参考。Dynamic time history analysis of the retrofitted old masonry building with additional stories was carried out by ABAQUS software. After the old masonry building is strengthened by external prefabricated reinforced concrete wall, the lightweight steel structure is added above it in cooperation with seismic isolation, then, increasing building area is brought forward by these measures. The retrofitted old masonry building with additional stories is a composite and complex structure, because it includes masonry structure, concrete structure and steel structure, and with the application of seismic isolation technology furthermore. Hence, time history analysis of the structure is complicated. A new simulation method of bilinear seismic isolation bearing is described and verified for its correctness. Then, take a project as example, analysis method of the retrofitted old masonry building with additional storey is discussed. The results show that base shear force and displacement of retrofitted old masonry building are mitigated, and feasibility of adding stories is proved to some extent. The analysis method can help engineers for the similar project.
