摘 要:大底盘建筑的主楼与附属建筑基础之间往往存在差异沉降,需采取桩基础、地基处理或结构措施进行处理。北京银河搜候(SOHO)中心为一典型大底盘多塔连体结构,由四栋塔楼、裙房、纯地下车库组成,地上为框架-剪力墙结构,基底以下有厚6m的相对软弱层,主楼核心筒荷载较大,纯地下车库处于超补偿状态,差异沉降控制难度较大。经比选分析了梁板式筏基、平板式筏基与人工地基(钻孔灌注桩和CFG桩复合地基)和天然地基的不同组合方案。通过调整基础及结构的刚度,确定采用CFG桩复合地基和天然地基。由地基变形计算和沉降变形实测结果可见,该地基基础设计方案经济、合理,满足规范要求。The Galaxy SOHO Centre is a typical multi-tower connected structure with large thick raft foundation, which is composed of four towers, annex, underground garage. The super structure type of ground is frame-shear wall structure. There are relative weak underlying layer of 6 meters below the basement. There are large load in the frame-core walls structure while the underground garage is in over-compensated state. The control of differential settlement is difficult. Different combinations of foundation types and ground types have been compared, in which foundation types include beam and slab raft foundation and plate foundation, and ground types include artificial foundation (bored pile and CFG pile composite foundation) and natural foundation. By adjusting the stiffness of the basis and the structure, CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation are used. Through the results of calculation and measurement of settlement deformation, the foundation design scheme is reasonable, economical and feasible, and meeting the codes requirements.
