摘　　要：转毂式圆材矫直机的上辊平衡及压下丝杠间隙消除装置以碟簧居多,但随着矫直设备规格的变大,压下丝杠螺纹中径显著增加,碟簧机构存在调整和选型困难的情况。为此改造碟簧机构的安装位置或采用液压平衡的方式分别用于小型和大型转毂式矫直机的矫直辊压下丝杠间隙消除,收到了良好的工业使用效果,可以作为转毂式圆材矫直机设计时的参考。Most of the clearance elimination mechanism for upper-roll balance and pressure-down lead screw of turn-hub straightener machine are disc spring , but as the specification of straightener machine is getting bigger and bigger, pitch diameter of thread of pressure-down lead screw will increase, and it is difficult for adjustable and selection of disc spring mechanism, therefore, transforming the installation location of disc spring or adopting the manner of hydraulic balance have been respectively used for elimination clearance of pressure-down lead screw for straightening roll of small and large-scale turn-hub straightener machine , and as well as received good industrial effects in use. It can be considered as references for the new designing of turn-hub straightener machine.
