酸轧机组卡罗塞尔卷取机卷筒圆锥面过盈联接失效分析与对策

摘　　要：针对卡罗塞尔卷取机存在的卷筒轴与空心套联接螺栓频繁断裂问题,通过现场调查和理论分析。认为断裂原因由卷筒轴与空心套联接的圆锥配合面过盈量不足所致。为保证卷筒轴工作扭矩的传递,通过分析保证传递扭矩所需的圆锥配合面最小过盈量,并经圆锥配合面的试装,检测过盈量对轴承游隙的影响,最终确定了既能满足轴承游隙要求,又能有效传递工作扭矩的卷筒轴与空心套圆锥配合面的过盈量数据,在现场实施后,取得了满意效果。Aiming at the problem of the joint bolt fractures frequently between mandrel shaft and the hollow set of Carrousel Reel, it is found that the insufficient of magnitude of interference for the cone fit surface causes the problem which is through the investigation and analysis. To ensure the mandrel can transfer the rated torque reliably, with analyzing the minimum magnitude of interference for torsion transferring and trial assembling of cone fit surface, finally the detailed data were identified which both fit for the bearing backlash and transfer coiling block of operating torque and hollow set of cone seating efficiently. The results are perfect by application of the data in operating field.
