摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮锰水平对辽宁绒山羊母羊产绒性能及相关血清激素含量的影响。选择2.5周岁、体况良好、体重[(34.16±0.90)kg]接近的健康辽宁绒山羊母羊60只,随机分为4组,各组分别补饲无机锰0、20、40、60 mg/kg。在母羊空怀期、妊娠1个月和4个月时采集血清及绒样,测定血清催乳素(PRL)和褪黑激素(MT)含量、绒生长速度、绒细度和绒强度。结果表明:1)补饲锰对采食量影响不显著(P>0.05),但是补饲20 mg/kg锰显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.05)。2)空怀期时补饲20 mg/kg锰,显著降低了血清PRL含量(P<0.05),显著提高了MT含量(P<0.05),且与补饲40、60 mg/kg锰差异不显著(P>0.05);妊娠个1月时,各补饲锰水平饲粮均使血清PRL含量显著降低、MT含量显著增加(P<0.05)。3)各补饲锰水平饲粮均提高了空怀期、妊娠1个月和妊娠4个月时母羊的绒生长速度,尤以补饲20 mg/kg锰的效果显著(P<0.05);补饲锰改善了母羊绒细度,虽降低了绒绝对强度,但对绒相对强度影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析认为,补饲20 mg/kg锰(饲粮锰水平60 mg/kg)对提高辽宁绒山羊母羊产绒性能较为适宜。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary manganese level on cashmere performance and related serum hormone contents in Liaoning cashmere ewes. Sixty healthy 2.5-year-old Liaoning cashmere ewes with a similar body weight[(34.16±0.90)d]were chosen, and randomly divided into four groups. The goats were fed a basal diet supplemented with manganese at 0, 20, 40 and 60 mg/kg, respectively. The serum sample was collected to determine PRL and MT contents, and the cashmere sample was collected to analyze growth rate, fineness and strength of cashmere during non-pregnant period and the 1st and 4th month of pregnancy. The results showed as follows: 1) manganese supplementation had no significant effect on feed intake (P〉0.05), but significantly increased average daily gain when supplemental level was 20 mg/kg (P〈0.05). 2) During non-pregnant period, the serum PRL content was significantly increased, but the serum MT content was significantly decreased with 20 mg/kg manganese supplementation (P〈0.05); the serum PRL and MT contents of ewes with 20 mg/kg manganese supplementation were not significantly different from those with 40 or 60 mg/kg manganese supplementation. During the 1st month of pregnancy, the serum PRL content was all significantly decreased (P〈0.05), while the serum MT content was all significantly increased with manganese supplementation (P〈0.05). 3) Manganese supplementation increased cashmere growth speed, especially the manganese supplementation at 20 mg/kg during the 1st and 4th month of pregnancy; cashmere fineness was also improved with manganese supplementation, but no significant change was found in cashmere relative strength (P〉0.05) although its absolute strength was decreased. In conclusion, the manganese supplementation at 20 mg/kg (dietary manganese level is 60 mg/kg) is optimum to promote cashmere production performance of Liaoning cashmere ewes.
