摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葡萄籽提取物(GSE)对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋黄胆固醇含量的影响。选用450羽40周龄罗曼白蛋鸡,随机分为6个组:空白对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;阳性对照组,在基础饲粮中添加125 mg/kg的铜(Cu);其他4组在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200、400和800 mg/kg的GSE。每组5个重复,每个重复15羽鸡。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与空白对照组相比,饲粮中添加800 mg/kg GSE显著降低了平均日采食量(P<0.05),但对平均蛋重无显著影响(P>0.05),添加100 mg/kg GSE极显著提高了产蛋率(P<0.01)、显著降低了料蛋比(P<0.05);添加125 mg/kg Cu显著降低了产蛋率(P<0.05),显著增加了料蛋比(P<0.05)。2)与空白对照组相比,饲粮中添加400、800 mg/kg GSE显著增加了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),添加800 mg/kg GSE显著增加了蛋白高度(P<0.05),但添加GSE对蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色和哈夫单位均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与空白对照组相比,GSE各组和Cu 125 mg/kg组的蛋黄胆固醇含量均显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中Cu 125 mg/kg、GSE 100和200 mg/kg组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可知,与饲粮中添加高Cu相比,添加100 mg/kg GSE不仅显著降低了鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,同时显著提高了产蛋率。The current study was conducted to evaluate the effects of grape seed extract (GSE) on performance and yolk cholesterol content in laying hens. A total of 450 'Lohmann-White' laying hens aged 40 weeks were assigned to 6 groups in a completely randomized design. Each group consisted of five replicates with fifteen layers per replicate. The experimental diets were a blank control diet containing no GSE, a positive control diet containing copper sulfate (125 mg/kg Cu) and the diets containing 100, 200, 400 or 800 mg/kg GSE. The preliminary test lasted for 7 days and the experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: 1) adding 800 mg/kg GSE significantly decreased average daily feed intake (P〈0.05), but did not affect average egg weight (P〉0.05), and adding 100 mg/kg GSE significantly improved laying rate (P〈0.01) and reduced feed/egg ratio (P〈0.05), while adding 125 mg/kg Cu significantly decreased laying rate and improved feed/egg ratio (P〈0.05). 2) Adding 400 and 800 mg/kg GSE significantly increased eggshell thickness (P〈0.05), and adding 800 mg/kg GSE significantly increased albumen height, but did not affect eggshell height, Haugh unit and yolk color (P〉0.05). 3) Yolk cholesterol content in all GSE groups and 125 mg/kg Cu group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group (P〈0.01), but there was no significant difference among 125 mg/kg Cu group, 100 mg/kg GSE group and 200 mg/kg GSE group (P〉0.05). Based on the results of the experiment, it is concluded that adding GSE in the diet for laying henrs at 100 mg/kg level is better than 125 mg/kg Cu for significantly reducing yolk cholesterol content and significantly improving laying rate.
