摘  要:目的:对骨龄在6~12岁的儿童分别使用双能X线吸收法(DEXA)和生物电阻抗法(BIA)对身体成分进行测试,分析儿童身体成分指标的特征与变化规律,研究两种方法的相互关系,以DEXA为标准检验BIA与DEXA的相关性和一致性。方法:选取235名骨龄从6~12岁健康儿童(男童,n=127;女童,n=108),分别测试和计算身高、体重、身体体重指数和骨龄,分别使用DEXA和BIA(有16名男童和11名女童未完成BIA测试)测量儿童%BF。结果:DEXA所测儿童上肢、大腿、躯干和全身%BF均随骨龄增加而持续增加,在相同骨龄段儿童大腿部分%BF都要高于上肢和躯干部分%BF。在剔除性别和骨龄变量的影响条件下,儿童全身%BF_(DEXA)与%BF_(BIA)二变量的偏相关系数为0.906(P<0.01)。所有儿童全身%BF(DEXA)与%BF_(BIA)之间的线性回归分析,回归方程为DEXA%BF=1.040BIA%BF+0.119,判定系数R^2=0.846,回归估计的标准误差SEE=3.779kg。结论:随着生长发育的进行儿童身体局部和全身%BF具有逐渐升高的趋势。BIA与DEXA在测量儿童全身体脂率时具有很高的相关性,BIA可以作为一种评价全身体脂率的方法。Objective: The changing characteristics of children' s body composition for different degrees of development were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) and bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) aged 6 - 12 years by bone. Relationships between DEXA and BIA were researched. Methods: A total of 235 children aged 6 - 12 years by bone (male,n = 127; female,n = 108 ) were recruited. Height, weight, body mass indexes (BMI) and bone age were measured for each subject. Body fat percentage (% BF) was measured by DEXA and BIA ( 16 boys and 11 girls had not been measured by BIA). Results : Children' s % BF of upper limb, thigh, Irunk and total body were increased by bone age. At the same bone age, % BF of thigh was the biggest. % BFDEXA was correlated with % BFBIA and the correlation coeffi- cient was 0.906 (P 〈 0.01 ). On linear regression analysis, DEXA % BF = 1. 040BIA% BF + 0. 119, R2 = 0. 846 and the standard error of the estimate(SEE) was 3. 779kg. Conclusion: Children' s % BF of upper limb, thigh, trunk and total body were increased by degrees of development. The correlation between % BFDEXA and % BFBIA was high. BIA could be used tO measure body comoosition of children.
