文化软实力视域下民族传统体育公共服务发展策略

摘　　要：西方强势体育项目通过其文化的渗透作用,掩盖了我国民族传统体育文化在"世界"和"本地"的文化张力。如何在文化全球化的背景下实现文化资源向文化软实力的转变是民族传统体育公共服务必须思考的问题。运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,以文化软实力为视角,对民族传统体育公共服务发展策略进行研究。提出要增加大众对民族传统体育文化的认同,防止民族传统体育文化的过分异化,避免民族传统体育理论研究的断层,提高民族传统体育文化的创新能力,充分认识教育对民族传统体育文化发展的核心作用,才能促进民族传统体育公共服务的健康发展。The native and international cultural tension of traditional ethnic sports is covered by the western sports which have strong cultural penetration. Under the circumstances of globalization, the key problem for the ethnic sports public serv- ice is to accomplish the transition from cultural resource to soft cultural power. Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, the development strategies of the traditional ethnic sports public service are provided from the aspects of increas- ing the culture identity, preventing the cultural alienation, avoiding the faulting of researches, improving the innovation abil- ity and attaching emphasis to education.
