干法成型瓷绝缘子蓝灰釉的研制

摘　　要：通过调整RO,SiO2和Al2O3的含量,选择并引入助熔剂,研制成功了适合于等静压干法工艺喷釉使用的锆乳浊蓝灰釉,解决了锆乳浊釉高温粘度大和施釉不均造成的缩釉缺陷,产品合格率稳定在98%以上。探索了釉面质量的主要影响因素。by adjusting the content of RO, SiO2 and AL2O3, select and introduce flux, suitable for dry isostaticpressing process of spraying glaze using zirconium opaque blue ash glaze developed, glaze shrinkage defect ofzirconium Opacified Glaze glaze and high temperature viscosity caused by the uneven settlement, the productqualified rate steady at more than 98%.
