摘　　要：目的探讨微晶磨削术联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕临床疗效。方法将152名患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加以胶原贴敷料外敷治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕,对照组仅接受微晶磨削术,治疗组和对照组治疗3个月后对有效率进行比较并作出评价。结果微晶磨削术联合胶原贴敷料治疗组的总治愈率明显高于单独微晶磨削术。结论微晶磨削术联合胶原贴敷料较单独微晶磨削术能明显提高疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of combined therapy of microcrystalline grinding and collagen dressing on acne scar. Methods A total of 152 patients with acne scar were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The trial group was treated with accepted microcrystalline grinding operation and collagen dressing, while the control group was treated with microcrys- talline grinding operation alone. Then an evaluation was made after three months＇ treatment. Results The total curative rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Microcrystalline grinding combined with collagen dressing helps to improve the therapeutic efficacy of acne scar.
