摘　　要：目的:探讨不同心功能状态下的血浆apelin水平变化与心力衰竭(HF)发生、发展的相关性。方法:通过测定不同心功能状态下血浆apelin水平、BNP水平及身高、体重、血压、血糖、血脂等指标及超声心动各指标变化,对血浆apelin水平与一般情况、心脏结构与功能、B型钠尿肽(BNP)进行相关性分析。结果:早期HF组血浆apelin水平明显高于正常对照组,且与体重、体重指数,收缩压、舒张压、左室射血分数(LVEF),其中主要与收缩压呈正相关,晚期HF组血浆apelin水平明显低于正常对照组,但与LVEF、BNP无显著相关。结论:HF患者血浆apelin水平随心功能变化而改变,在HF早期,LVEF轻度降低、BNP轻度升高时表现为升高;在HF晚期,LVEF显著降低、BNP显著升高时表现为降低。Objective： To investigate cardiac function under different plasma apelin levels and heart failure（HF）,the development of the correlation.Methods： Measure the apelin,BNP,height,weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,cholesterol and ultrasonic cardiogram index in different heart function levels.Analysis the correlation between apelin and other factors.Results：The apelin level in the early stage of HF is higher than control group,and is positive related to weight,BSA,SBP,DBP,LVEF,especially to SBP.And the apelin level in later stage of HF is lower than control group,but not significant related with LVEF and BNP.Conclusions：The apelin levels in plasma in heart failure patients were changed according to the heart function,in the early stage of HF when LVEF slightly reduced and BNP slightly elevated,apelin shows increased,while in the later stage of HF when LVEF remarkably reduced and BNP remarkably elevated shows increased.
