摘　　要：日本公害纠纷的行政处理机制在解决该国的公害纠纷发挥了非常重要的作用,多样的处理途径,严格的程序要求,我国现行公害纠纷行政处理机制较为不健全,我国可借鉴日本在此方面的先进经验,可谓"他山之石,可以攻玉"。Japan＇s public nuisance dispute administrative processing mechanism in solving the country＇s public nuisance disputes played a very important role. It has a variety of approaches and strict application requirements. However, the current public nuisance dispute administrative processing mechanism of our country is not perfect, ,aTe can draw lessons from the advanced experience of Japan in this aspect, it may be said ＂his mountain, can offend jade＂.
