摘 要:针对当前机场道面混凝土遭受冻融循环破坏而出现的耐久性问题,试验采用纤维增强混凝土技术。将两种规格的玄武岩纤维按0.1%的体积掺量掺入机场道面混凝土,进行了冻融循环试验;以及冻融前后动弹模量,质量损失和混凝土表面状态的对比分析。结果表明:掺玄武岩纤维的机场道面混凝土可明显提高抗冻性,抗冻等级提高了2.7~3.3倍。长度20mm直径20μm体积掺量0.10%的玄武岩纤维道面混凝土抗冻性能最佳。For poor durability of airport pavement concrete due to freeze-thaw damage, the experimental study on frost resistence of basalt fiber reinforced concrete for airport pavement were carried out in laboratory, 0. 1% volume fraction mixing amount of two size basalt fiber were mixed into airport pavement concrete, and freeze-thaw cycle test is carried out on pavement concrete through fast freezing method. The dynamic modulus of elasticity, quality loss and the surface condition of concrete were compared before and after freezing. The result shows that the concrete mixing with basalt fiber will be obviously improved frost resistance, the level of frost resistence increased 2.7 to 3.3 times. The frost resistence of pavement cocrete mixing with 0. 1% volume fraction mix amount of the basalt fiber of length 20 mm, diameter 20 μm will reach the best.
