包皮环切术对包茎患者术后性生活满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨包皮环切术对成年包茎患者术后性生活满意度的影响。方法:选择146例患者,行包皮环切术,比较手术前后患者性功能、性冲动、阴茎勃起、射精、性欲以及自我意识、问题评价、心理变化等,比较性生活在手术前后的满意度变化。结果:患者性功能、性冲动、射精功能、性欲以及自我意识与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后勃起功能及心理健康较术前有明显改善(P<0.05),患者术后的性生活自我满意率和伴侣满意率均较术前提高(P<0.05)。结论:包皮环切术对一般男性性功能没有明显影响,但可改善勃起功能,从而提高包茎患者性生活满意度。Objectives： To investigate the adult patients＇ sexual life after phimosis circumcision. Methods： 146 patients were treated with circumcision, and we compared their sexual function before and after the surgery, as well as the sexual arousal, penile erection, ejaculatory function, sexual desire, self- awareness, problem evaluation and psychological changes. Results： There is no obvious difference in postoperative erectile function, sexual function, sexual arousal, ejaculation, libido, and self- consciousness. The mental health condition significantly improved after the surgery （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of their sex life had increased after the surgery, as well as the satisfaction rates of their partners （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ： Circumcision had no significant effect on male sexual function, but it can improve the erectile function, thereby enhancing their sexual satisfaction.
