二尖瓣腱索断裂的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 探讨二尖瓣腱索断裂的手术方式和临床效果。方法对40例二尖瓣腱索断裂患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，其中32例行瓣膜成形术，8例行二尖瓣置换术。结果术后随访6-60个月。术后超声复查，瓣膜成形者无反流或轻微反流25例，轻度反流5例，中度反流2例。瓣膜置换者瓣膜功能均良好。结论二尖瓣腱索断裂根据病理类型选择手术方式，二尖瓣成形术更为理想。Objective To summarize the experience in surgical technique and clinical resuhs of treating mitral valve with ruptured chordae tendience. Methods The data of 40 patients suffered from mitral valve with ruptured chordae tendience were analyzed retrospectively, in which 32 cases underwent mitral valvuloplasty and 8 cases underwent mitral valve replacement. Results 40 patients were followed up for 6- 60 months. Ultrasonic cardiography showed no or only trace mitral regurgitation in 25 cases undergoing mitral valvuloplasty,mild MR in 5,and moderate MR in 2. Conclusion The way of surgical treatmen of mitral valve with ruptured chordae tendience depends on the mitral pathology and maybe think more ahead of mitral valvuloolasty
