玄参化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：玄参是我国常用传统药物,化学、药理、临床多学科综合研究加深了对玄参的认识。通过查阅玄参研究文献,作者对玄参环烯醚萜、苯丙素、萜类、苯酚及苯乙醇苷、甾醇、黄酮、脂肪酸、糖类等化学成分及其抗心肌缺血、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心肌肥大、抗脑缺血、抗血小板聚集、抗炎、保肝、调节免疫、抗细菌、保护神经元、催眠、抗高尿酸血症等药理活性进行综述,以期为玄参临床应用和研究开发提供参考。The root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl named Xuanshen, used as a traditional Chinese medicine for thousand years. At present, chemical, pharmacological and clinical study deepened the understanding of Xuanshen. After studying the published research literature, this paper review the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Scrophularia ningpoensis, in order to provide a reference for its clinical application and research.
