摘　　要：目的：完善加味天麻胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对方中天麻、羌活、当归进行了鉴别；采用HPLC测定了天麻中天麻素的含量。结果：样品TLC色谱中，天麻、羌活、当归的鉴别斑点清晰，重现性好；含量测定中天麻素在0．01～0．296μg呈良好线性关系（r=1．0000），天麻素的平均回收率为98．18％，RSD=1．02％（n=6）。结论：实验方法结果准确，操作简便，为该制剂的质量控制和标准提升提供了科学依据。Objective： Perfecting the quality standard of Jiaweitianma capsule. Methods： Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Notopterygii Radix et Rhizoma, and Angelica Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC method. The content of gastrodin in Gastrodiae Rhizoma was determined by HPLC method. Results： In TLC chromatography, the spots of Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Notopterygii Radix et Rhizoma, andAngelica Radix et Rhizoma were clear and had a good reproducibility. In the content determination experiments, gastrodin had a good linear relationship in 0. 0143. 296 Ixg （ r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery of gastrodin is 98. 18%, RSD = 1.02% （ n = 6） . Conclusion： The method is accurate and convenient, which provide a scientific basis for the quality control and standard enhancing of Jiaweitianma capsule.
