摘  要:目的:完善加味天麻胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中天麻、羌活、当归进行了鉴别;采用HPLC测定了天麻中天麻素的含量。结果:样品TLC色谱中,天麻、羌活、当归的鉴别斑点清晰,重现性好;含量测定中天麻素在0.01~0.296μg呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),天麻素的平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论:实验方法结果准确,操作简便,为该制剂的质量控制和标准提升提供了科学依据。Objective: Perfecting the quality standard of Jiaweitianma capsule. Methods: Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Notopterygii Radix et Rhizoma, and Angelica Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC method. The content of gastrodin in Gastrodiae Rhizoma was determined by HPLC method. Results: In TLC chromatography, the spots of Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Notopterygii Radix et Rhizoma, andAngelica Radix et Rhizoma were clear and had a good reproducibility. In the content determination experiments, gastrodin had a good linear relationship in 0. 0143. 296 Ixg ( r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery of gastrodin is 98. 18%, RSD = 1.02% ( n = 6) . Conclusion: The method is accurate and convenient, which provide a scientific basis for the quality control and standard enhancing of Jiaweitianma capsule.
