输尿管镜联合钬激光切开术治疗尿道球部狭窄疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗尿道球部狭窄的疗效方法 8例患者采用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗,狭窄长度0.1~0.5cm,观察其术中大出血、术后出血及尿道再次狭窄。结果 8例患者均顺利完成手术,疗效满意,术中出血少,术后最尿流率（Qmax）较术有明显改善,无严重并发症发生。结论输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗对尿道球部狭窄是安全、微创且行之有效的治疗方法。Objective of ureteroscopic holmium laser incision in treatment of anterior urethral stricture Methods 8 patients were treated with transurethral ureteroscope combined with holmium laser, Stricture length 0.1~0.5cm, to observe the intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding and urethral stricture again. Results 8 patients were successfully completed operation, curative effect satisfaction, less bleeding, postoperative urinary flow rate （Qmax） were improved significantly, without serious complications. Conclusion Ureteroscopic incision and holmium laser for the treatment of anterior urethral stricture is a safe, minimally invasive and effective method of treatment.
