摘　　要：目的观察红核妇洁洗液联合伊曲康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 98例阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组52例,在口服伊曲康唑的同时,同时用红核妇洁洗液外洗;对照组46例单纯口服伊曲康唑治疗。结果治疗组对霉菌性阴道炎的治疗效果好于对照组(P>0.05)。结论红核妇洁洗液联合伊曲康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎有效改善临床疗效。Objective To observe the red nucleus lotion joint itraconazole treatment of fungal vaginitis effect. Methods 98 cases of vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 52 cases, oral itraconazole at the same time, simultaneously with the red nucleus lotion Washing; control group of 46 patients with simple oral itraconazole therapy.
