平板运动试验对冠心病诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨平板运动试验对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 63例冠心病患者均采用标准Bruce方案,行平板运动试验诊断。结果 63例患者中平板运动试验阳性者45例,其中真阳性者68.89%,假阳性者31.11%。平板运动试验检出冠心病的灵敏性为83.78%、特异性为46.15%、准确度为68.25%。结论平板运动试验操作简单方便,对冠心病诊断有一定的实用价值。Objective To study on the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test in coronary heart disease. Methods In 63 patients with coronary heart disease, all the standard Bruce scheme and were diagnosed by treadmill exercise test. Results 63 cases of treadmill exercise test in patients, positive in 45 cases, which was positive in 68.89%, false positive in 31.11%.Treadmill exercise test in coronary heart disease, the sensitivity was 83.78%, specificity of 46.15%, accuracy of 68.25%. Conclusion Treadmill exercise test, the operation is simple and convenient, and has certain practical value for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
