摘  要:目的评价母牛分支杆菌菌苗(微卡)作为免疫调节剂辅助治疗糖尿病合并肺结核的疗效。方法选择两病并存患者98例,随机分为两组,同时采用3EHRZ/6HR化疗方案及内科疗法控制糖尿病,治疗组肌肉注射微卡。结果治疗组临床症状改善,咳嗽、发热、盗汗消失较对照组提前20~30d;疗程结束时治疗组痰菌阴转率97.5%,显著高于观察组的80.5%(p〈0.05):肺部病灶吸收好转率分别为93.9%、79.6%,空洞闭合率分别为93.8%、74.5%,治疗组显著高于观察组(p〈0.05)。治疗组3、6个月末痰菌阴转率与观察组比较有统计学差异(p〈0.05)。结论母牛分支杆菌菌苗是目前免疫调节剂中治疗糖尿病合并肺结核较为有效的药物。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Mycobacterium on diabetes complicated with tuberculosis. Methods 98 cases of diabetes complicated with tuberculosis were divided randomly into study group (49cases) and control group (49cases), All of two groups were treated by chemotherapy with a regimen of 3EHRZ/6HR and control blood glucose with medical. The study group was given intramuscular injections of Mycobacterium vaccine. Results The improvement time of clinical symptoms (cough, fever, night sweat) in advance for 20-30days in treatment group. At the end of treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate of treatment group was 97. 5%, while the rate of control group was 80. 5% (p〈0. 05); the foci absorption rate and the cavity closing rate of treatment group were 93.9% and 93.8% while the rate of control group were 79.6% and 74.2% respectively, there were significant difference in statistics of them (p〈0. 05). Conclusion Mycobacterium vaccine is an effect immunity injection that it can improve the therapeutic of diabetes complicated with tuberculosis.
