摘  要::对日本落叶松外生菌根真菌单一固体菌剂改良为含多种营养元素的复合菌剂 ,研究证明 ,复合菌剂最佳施用量为 2 2 .5g/m2 ,促使播种苗、移植苗的苗高、地径、侧根数及一级苗率比对照提高 2 6 .0 %和 40 .1%、37.1%和 40 .0 %、41.0 %和 35 .7%、12 .5 %和 12 .6 % ,造林成活率和保存率分别比对照提高 11.9%和 14.5 % ,1~ 4年生幼树树高、地径比对照提高 18.5 %~ 2 8.3% ,13.9%~ 33.9%。经 6a培育菌根苗木和造林 ,可获益 32 18.0The single solid fungus-agents of ectomycorrhizal fungi of Larix kaempferi was turned into mixed fungus-agents that contained many nutrients. The results showed that,the optimum quantity of application of mixed fungus-agents was 22.5g.m -2 and height,ground diameter, quantity of lateral roots and rate of grade l seedlings of sowing plants and transplants increased by 26.0% and 40.1%,37.1% and 40.0%, 41.0% and 35.7%,12.5% and 12.6%,respectively ,comparing to the control. The survival and reserve rate of afforestation increased by 11.9% and 14.5%,height and ground diameter of 1~4 year young trees increased by 18.5%~28.3% and 13.9%~33.9%,respectively, comparing to the control. After 6 years cultivation of mycorrhizal seedlings and afforestation, the profit of 3 218.02 ten thousand yuan(RMB)was gained.
