摘　　要：高校高性能计算中心为学校学科建设的长远发展提供了强有力的支撑条件,有利于高校未来综合竞争力的提升。针对高校高性能计算中心的特殊服务对象与工作需求,设计集新闻发布与管理、用户信息录入与上机申请提交、资源下载等功能于一体的OA系统成为迫切要求。介绍了OA系统的体系结构,使用的系统开发工具与实现技术,并概括了系统主要功能模块的设计。High Performance Computing Center in col ege provides powerful support for the long-term development of col ege discipline construction, it helps improve the comprehensive competitiveness of col ege. In view of the specific service objects and requirements of High Performance Computing Center in col ege, the design of an office automation system including news release and management, users’ information input, computer application submission and resources downloading is urgently needed. It described the struction, the development tools and the primary implementaiton technique, it also expatiated on the design of the chief function modules for the system.
