摘　　要：民主集中制是我们党的根本组织制度和领导制度,也是加强领导班子思想政治建设的重点内容。新形势下,把坚持和完善民主集中制原则作为增进高校领导班子团结、提高领导水平、促进思想政治建设的重要内容来抓,对于提高高校领导班子和领导干部的办学治校能力,推动高等教育事业实现科学发展,具有重要的现实意义。Democratic centralism is our Party＇s fundamental system of organization and leadership as well as the key content of strengthening of ideological and political construction of leading group. Under the new situation, we shall take persisting and perfecting democratic centralism as the key content to strengthening the solidarity among leaders in universities and colleges, to improve leadership and to promote the construction of ideological politics. This will have a huge practical significance on the improving of leadership and management skills of leaders in education as well as promote scientific development of high education.
