摘　　要："数字湖北"地理空间框架建设项目是全国第一个数字省区共建项目,它是湖北省国民经济和社会信息化的重要内容和重要基础性、战略性工作,涉及到社会的方方面面,对促进湖北跨越式发展具有非常重要的意义。针对项目总体建设目标,概括了主体工程建设的7个主要内容,分析了项目总体架构各层次的相互关系,详述了项目核心技术路线与关键技术,最后总结了项目的实施保障和建设成果。Digital Hubei geospatial framework construction is the first cooperation project between the Nation and the Province. It is an important part of national economic and social information in Hubei Province and an important basic strategic work involved in all aspects of society. And it has very the important significance to promote the development of Hubei. In view of the overall construction project, this paper summed up the 6 main content of engineering construction, analyzed the relationship between the overall structures of the project at all levels, described the project core technology and key technology. And finally it summarized the implementation of security and construction achievements of projects.
