摘  要:以小麦赤霉酸反应不敏感的Rht3矮秆基因两个近等基因系及其分离群体为材料 ,分析了Rht3、Gai3与α 淀粉酶表达的相互关系。结果表明 ,Rht3、Gai3能强烈地抑制萌发籽粒α 淀粉酶的表达 ,降低α 淀粉酶活性水平。高矮亲本间α 淀粉酶活性差异明显 ,矮扬 3、矮苏 3和扬麦 3号、苏麦 3号的α 淀粉酶OD值分别为 0 0 71 ,0 0 80和 0 6 35 ,0 72 0。经 χ2 测验 ,两群体中α 淀粉酶活性高、中、低的分离比率符合 1∶2∶1的理论比。株高与α 淀粉酶活性间的相关系数分别为 0 791 5和 0 6 888达极显著水平。赤霉酸反应与α 淀粉酶活性的相关系数更高 ,分别为 0 85 40和 0 735 3。对几株Rht3与Gai3重组类型植株的α 淀粉酶活性分析表明 ,Rht3对αPlant height,GA 3 response and α amylase activity in germinating grain of Rht3 and Gai3 genes strongly inhibited the expression of α amylase,and consequently the reduced α amylase activity was observed.α amylase activity appeared to be clearly different in isogenic lines with or without these genes.Yangmai 3 and dwarf Yangmai 3 gave mean α amylase activity of 0 635 and 0 071 OD units,respectively.And Sumai 3 and dwarf Sumai 3 gave mean α amylase activity of 0 720 and 0 080 OD units,respectively.The segregation pattern of α amylase activity was 1∶2∶1(high OD units∶intermediate OD units∶low OD units).Chi square test exhibited a good fit to the ratio.Correlation coefficients in populations for plant height and germinating grain α amylase activity in the two set of isogenic lines were 0 791 5 and 0 688 8,respectively.The correlation coefficients between gibberellin response and α amylase activity were 0 854 0 and 0 735 3 at highly significant level.Analysis of several recombinant types between Rht3 and Gai3 showed that the influence of Rht3 gene on the expression of α amylase genes might be more effective.
