Based on the industrial structure coefficient of counties and cities respectively in 1995,2000,2005 and 2010 years in Jiangsu, this paper applyies the methods of spatial correlation, spatial variogram and kriging interpolation to analyze the industry spatial structure of counties and cities in Jiangsu. The results show that since 1995, the spatial pattern of industry structure generally differentiates significantly and has high stability, on the whole, presenting the south-north difference. According to the cold-hot zone evolution, we find the regional industrial development level has obvious concentration trend. The south of Jiangsu especially adjoining to Shanghai are high level gathering areas, and the north and majority of middle of Jiangsu are areas of low level concentration. The continuity and self-organizing of industrial development level spatial pattern gradually strengthens. The structure differentiation caused by spatial autocorrelation becomes more and more prominent. The scope of space correlation effect increases, but the direction of the industry level uneven space shows expanding tendency. Finally, we adopts stepwise regression analysis methods to explore the main formation reasons of affecting the industry spatial structure pattern evolution.
