摘  要:运用复杂系统适应理论(CAS理论)研究广州会展旅游产业集群形成过程和发展的动力机制。研究发现,广州会展旅游产业集群是一个复杂适应系统,集群内部主体之间、主体与环境之间不断地相互作用,共同推动产业集群由简单到复杂,由低级向高级组织形式演化。广州会展旅游产业集群演化是自组织、自适应过程,其形成过程经历孕育阶段、聚集体形成阶段和涌现阶段。广州会展旅游产业集群的产生源于政府外力推动,但是集群发展动力更主要是适应性机制和竞争与合作机制协同作用的结果。It is important to study tourism cluster that could develop service industry, increase competitiveness, and progress our country' s industrial structure. The paper tries to study the process of MICE tourism cluster and formatting mechanism in Guangzhou based on CAS theory.The study found: firstly, MICE tourism cluster in Guangzhou belonged to a complex adaptive system so that interaction between adaptive agents and between the adaptive agent and the environment pushed this industrial cluster from simple to complex,from a lower to a higher form of organization evolution. SecOndly, the evolutional of MICE tourism cluster in Guangzhou was the process of self-organization and self-adaptation. Its evolution included the pregnant stage,the meta-agents stage and the emergence stage. Although government external force leaded to MICE tourism cluster near Liuhua convention center in Guangzhou, adaptive and competition and cooperation promoted development and progress of MICE tourism cluster.
