摘　　要：新医改形势下公立医院的发展面临着诸多新挑战,实施新一代名医战略对医院的内涵建设、科研创新、人才培养具有重要的现实意义。本文从新时期开展医院名医战略的理论探讨入手,介绍了无锡市第二人民医院开展名医战略的实践探索,以期为公立医院名医培养提供可借鉴的经验。In the context of new medical reform, public hospitals are facing increasing new challenges for development. It is of pragmatic meaning for public hospitals to obtain remarkable development in connotation construction, scientific innovation and talents cultivation. This article starts with exploring theories of well-known doctor strategy, followed by introduction of explorative practice of Wuxi No.2 People＇s Hospital in order to provide instructive and learnable experience in fostering well-known doctors for public hospital.
