紫归解毒膏对大鼠背部粪便污染创面修复作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察紫归解毒膏对大鼠背部粪便污染创面的修复作用,探求其促进创面愈合的机理。方法:在90只SD大鼠背部制成全层皮肤缺损人粪污染创面,将大鼠随机分成3组,紫归解毒膏组、马应龙对照组和空白组,观察创面愈合时间,测定肉芽组织填充量,计数巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞及测定创面肉芽组织中bFGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)含量。结果:紫归解毒膏能促进肉芽组织生长(P<0.05),缩短创面愈合时间(P<0.05),促进创面成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞的增殖(P<0.05),增加创面bFGF含量(P<0.05)。结论:紫归解毒膏能明显促进人粪污染创面的修复,其机制可能与其促进组织修复细胞、炎性细胞的增值,影响肉芽组织中的生长因子的合成有关。Objective: to observe the wound healing function of Zigui Jiedu Gao on faecal contamination of rats back so to explore the mechanism in promoting the wound healing. Methods: 90 SD rats with full-thickness skin deficiency faecal contamination on the back,were randomly divided into three groups: Zigui Jiedu Gao group,Ma Ying-long group and control group. Observe the healing time,determine the filling amount of granulation tissue, count the macrophages and the fibroblasts,and determine bFGF content in the wound granulation tissue. Results: Zigui Jiedu Gao could promote granulation tissue growth( P < 0. 05),shorten the healing time( P < 0. 05),enhance the generation of the fibroblasts and the macrophages( P < 0. 05),and increase bFGF content( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Zigui Jiedu Gao can obviously improve the wound restoration of the faecal contamination, the mechanism of which may related to its promoting the generation of tissue repairing cells and inflammatory cells so as to affect the synthesis of the growth factor in granulation tissue.
