摘　　要：基于全面造价管理的系统特性和霍尔三维结构的思想,构建了建设项目全面造价管理的霍尔三维模型,并提出了全面造价管理的多Agent系统模型,为全面造价管理软件的实现提供了参考。On the basis of total cost management system performance and Hall＇ s three dimensional morphology structures, the paper establishes Hall＇ s three dimensional morphology structure of total cost management of construction project, and puts forward multi-agent system model of total cost management, which has provided some guidance for realizing total cost management software.
