摘　　要：对27CrMoNbTi圆管坯低倍组织异常试样进行了解剖分析。在低倍组织异常区和正常区分别进行了化学成分分析、布氏硬度和金相检验。结果表明,低倍组织异常区是圆管坯异常局部淬火导致的。The abnormal macrostructure of 27CrMoNbTi tubular billets was dissected and analyzed. Chemical a-nalysis, hardness test and metallographic examination were carried out on both of abnormal and normal macrostructure zones. Results show that the abnormal macrostructure was caused by abnormal local quenching of tubular billet.
