摘 要:我国在经济机制改革过程中,企业雇主与劳动者之间的劳动关系正在悄然发生改变。要解决劳动关系问题、保证社会和谐可持续发展,国家大力建设各级劳动关系三方协商机制,在共同协商对话的基础上解决新型劳动关系问题。虽然目前已经取得了一定的成绩,但从实际效果来看,三方协商机制还未发挥出应有的作用,协商机制建设上还不完善,流于形式,因此研究我国各级劳动关系三方协调机制,并且通过对劳动关系三方协调机制存在问题的分析,找到完善我国劳动三方协调机制的策略,成为当前解决劳动关系问题的重要课题。In the process of China' s economic reform, labor relations between employers and workers are changing quietly. To solve the problem in labor relations and to ensure the harmony and sustainable development of society, efforts are made in order to build tripartite labor relations at all levels and to solve new labor relations problems on the basis of joint consultation and dia- logue. Ahhougb some achievements have been made, judging from the actual effect, the tripartite consultation mechanism has failed to play its due role. It is still not perfect in consultation mechanism construction and often is a mere formality in practice. Hence, it has become an important issue to research on tripartite coordination mechanisms at all levels in our country and, through analysis of the problems existing in the mechanisms, to figure out the improvement measures.
