红藻海头红药效学及化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：对红藻门海藻海头红的不同极性部位进行了抗肿瘤活性研究 ,其中石油醚部位在 12 5～ 50 0 mg·kg-1剂量范围内 ,对小鼠 S180 肉瘤、H2 2 肝癌、艾氏腹水癌均具有明显的抑制作用 ,并具有一定的剂量依赖性 ,在对肿瘤生长产生抑制作用的同时 ,不影响动物的体重增长。对人宫颈癌 He L a细胞、白血病 HL60 细胞也具有一定的体外细胞毒作用 ;氯仿部位及正丁醇部位抑瘤作用稍差 ,水部位毒性较大。对海头红全藻进行了化学成分的分离 ,现已从石油醚部位分离得到 5个化合物 ,经化学方法和光谱分析鉴定了其中 4个化合物的结构 ,分别为 β-谷甾醇 ( )、硬脂酸 ( )、十八烷酸三十四烷醇酯 ( )和 β-谷甾醇十六烷酸酯 ( )。Anti tumor activities was tested on the different fraction of red alga P.telfairiae.It was shown that the petroleum ether fraction showed a obvious inhibition effects on Sarcoma 180 (S 180 ),Hepatic carcinoma(Hep A)and Ehrlich carcinoma(EAC)under a dosedependent relation in the range of 125～500mg·kg -1 in vitro,meanwhile,the inhibitory effects on tumor didn′t affect the increasing of the body weight of mice. In addition,the petroleum fraction showed some cell toxicity on HeLa cell and HL 60 cell in vitro.The chlorlform and butanol fraction had a less effects compared with the petroleum ether fraction and the water fraction had a strong toxicity.Five compounds were isolated from petroleum ether fraction,and structures of four were elucidated as β Sitosterol(Ⅰ),Stearilacid(Ⅱ),Tetratriacontyl stearate(Ⅲ)and β Sitosterol palmitate(Ⅳ)on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.
