摘　　要：文章介绍了核电站使用中频弯管的弯制工艺，以及如何确定弯制工艺的过程，并列举了中频弯管的常见缺陷，和应对这些缺陷的解决措施，并从制造和检验等方面，概述中频弯管制造过程中的特殊要求，需提交完整的成形工艺评定报告，针对核2级以上弯管的无损检验要求。The intermediate frequency bend pipe bending process were introduced in this paper, and how to determine the process of bending process, and lists the common defects of intermediate frequency bend, and the solutions to deal with these defects, and from the manufacturing and inspection, etc., an overview of the special requirements of the process of manufacture of intermediate frequency bend, need to submit the complete forming technology assessment report, nuclear class 2 or more curved pipe nondestructive inspection requirements.
