摘　　要：脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)是中老年常见的脑血管急症,具有发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前临床上除运用传统脱水药和手术外,治疗方法较少。近年来,随着高压氧医学的发展,高压氧在脑出血中的应用已逐渐受到关注和认可,并已成为治疗脑出血的辅助方法之一。Cerebral hemorrhage is cerebral vascular disease in the elderly common, with high incidence, mortality and disability rate, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients. Current clinical treatments are less except using traditional dehydration drugs and operation. In recent years, with the development of hyperbaric oxygen medicine, the application in intracerebral hemorrhage has been gradually attented and recognited, and has become one of the methods of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
