摘　　要：目的探讨前交叉韧带断裂伴发半月板及软骨损伤的影响因素。方法对2008年5月～2012年12月来我院就诊的220例前交叉韧带断裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析对其独立危险因素进行筛选。结果半月板损伤的影响因素中再伤史为其独立危险因素(P<0.05),软骨损伤的影响因素中受伤机制、病程及再伤史为其危险因素(P<0.05)。患者的病程延长则其不稳定再伤的发生率呈现增加的趋势。结论不稳定性再伤并伴发严重的半月板及软骨损害在前交叉韧带断裂患者中具有较高的发生率,应在早期采取措施进行治疗,以达到使患者关节稳定性得到恢复、降低不稳定再伤发生率的目的。Objective To study factors influencing rupture of anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus and cartilage injury. Methods A total of ：220 cases of clinical data of patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were selected from 2008 May to 2012 December in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, we used the single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis for the selection of the independent risk factors. Results The factors influencing the meniscus injury and injury were the independent risk factors （P〈0.05）, The injury mechanism, course of disease and injury history were risk factors affecting the cartilage injury （P〈0.05）. The course of disease in patients with prolonged its unstable injury incidence rate showed an increasing trend. Conclusion The instability and injury and concomitant meniscus and cartilage injury serious higher incidence in patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, measures should be taken in the early treatment of patients, so as to achieve joint stability restored, reduce unstable injury incidence of purpose.
