摘　　要：目的分析腹部空腔脏器破裂穿孔的CT表现,提高对该病的CT诊断水平,为临床治疗尽早提供手术依据。方法回顾性分析总结临床手术确诊的26例腹部空腔脏器破裂穿孔患者的CT资料。结果胃溃疡穿孔17例;急性胃扩张胃破裂穿孔1例;十二指肠溃疡穿孔1例;小肠破裂穿孔2例(外伤致小肠破裂1例,小肠回盲部穿孔1例);降结肠破裂1例;腹部外伤致胃壁贯通伤4例。结论 CT能够为临床诊治腹部空腔脏器破裂穿孔提供较为准确的信息。Objective To analyze CT manifestations of abdominal cavity viscera perforation, improve CT diagnostic level of the disease, clinical treatment as soon as possible to provide basis for operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 cases of abdominal cavity viscera to summarize clinical operation with perforation in patients with CT data. Results Gastric ulcer perforation were 17 cases, acute gastric dilatation of stomach perforation was lcase, duodenal ulcer perforation was 1 case, perforation traumatic rupture of small intestine were 2 cases （intestinal perforation traumatic rupture of small intestine in 1, intestinal ileocecal perforation, lcase）, descending colon rupture was lcase, parietal penetrating abdominal injury accounted for 4 cases. Conclusion CT can punch provide more accurate informa- tion for clinical diagnosis and treatment of abdominal cavity viscera rupture.
