优质护理理念在肺癌根治术患者中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理模式在肺癌根治术患者中的应用及效果.方法 选择杭州市第一人民医院2011年2月～2013年3月收治的肺癌根治术患者150例,其中2011年2月～2012年2月收治的75例肺癌根治术患者为A组,2012年3月～2013年3月收治的75例肺癌根治术患者为B组.A组患者仅接受常规护理模式指导下的肺癌护理措施,而B组患者则接受优质护理模式指导下的护理措施,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、焦虑抑郁情绪和患者对护理人员提供护理服务满意度.结果 B组患者术后并发症发生率（1.33％）、焦虑评分[（41.17±4.51）分]、抑郁评分[（41.11±4.46）分]明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而B组患者对护理人员提供护理服务非常满意的比例均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 优质护理理念指导下的护理干预措施能够明显减少肺癌患者的术后并发症,减轻患者焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者对护理人员提供护理服务满意度.Objective To investigate the application eilects on the lung cancer pauents wltn raulcm resecuo~ 0, pul- monary carcinoma by the high quality nursing service concept. Methods 150 lung cancer patients with radical resec- tion of pulmonary carcinoma in the First People＇s Hospital of Hangzhou City from February 2011 to March 2013 were chosen. 75 cases from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected as group A, 75 cases from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as group B. Patients in group A were given routine nursing measures, patients in group B were given nursing measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service concept. The postoperative complications rate, the scores of anxiety and depression and the nursing service satisfaction were evaluated. Results The postopera- tive complications rate （1.33%）, the scores of anxiety [（41.17±4.51） points] and depression [（41.11±4.46） points] in group B were lower than that in group A, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the proportion of very satisfied in group B were higher than that in group A, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of high quality nursing service concept can obviously reduce the postoperative complications rate and the degree of anxiety and depression in lung cancer patients with radical prostatectomy, improve the nursing service satisfaction.
