摘  要:目的研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对骨折愈合的作用。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组12只,制备右下肢股骨干骨折模型。A组注入重组的pcDNA3.1-CGRP质粒溶液;B、C分别注入单纯pcDNA3.1质粒溶液和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)作为对照。分别于2、4周后观察骨折愈合情况和CGRP的表达水平。结果术后2周时,A组动物骨折端有骨性骨痂形成,B、C组未见形成;A组CGRP蛋白相对量(0.438±0.026),明显高于B组(0.186±0.009)、C组(0.173±0.011),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4周时,A组动物骨折端完全愈合,B、C组仅形成骨性骨痂;A组CGRP蛋白相对量(0.367±0.033),明显高于B组(0.107±0.043)、C组(0.152±0.033),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降钙素基因相关肽能够促进骨折的愈合。Objective To study the effect of calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) for fracture healing. Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into group A, B and C, and each group had 12 rats. The model of femoral shaft fracture of right lower extremity was made for every animal. Group A was injected recombinational pcDNA3.1-CGRP plasmid solution. Group B and C were injected simple pcDNA3.1 plasmid solution and PBS respectively as control. The frac- ture healing and expression of CGRP were evaluated at the 2ed and 4th weeks. Results At the 2ed week, osteal callus was formed at the broken ends of group A, but nothing for group B and C. CGRP relative quantity of group A [(0.438±0.026)] was higher than group B [(0.186±0.009)] and group C [(0.173±0.011)]. The differences were statistically signifi- cant (P〈0.05). At the 4th week, the broken ends of group A were healing completely, but the group B and C had just formed osteal callus. CGRP of group A [(0.367±0.033)] was superior to group B [(0.107±0.043)] and C [(0.152±0.033)]. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The ealcitonin generelated peptide can promote the recovery of fracture.
