摘　　要：在长期从事肾炎中医药诊治的实践基础上 ,分析外感与肾炎的关系 ,认为外感是肾炎发病的主要原因之一 ,也是导致肾炎病情反复的重要因素 ;对肾炎外感的辨证 ,强调须分清标本、缓急与虚实 ,治疗侧重考虑如何应用祛风药 ,或祛风以解表 。On the basis of long research about the treatment of nephritis by Chinese medicine,it was believed that exopathogen was one of the main causes of nephritis and also the factor repeatedly bringing about nephritis;to differentially treat exopathogenic nephritis,physician should consider the primary and secondary aspects,acute or chronic disease,and asthenic or sthenic syndromes;in the treatment,how the wind expelling medicine was applied was considered.
