摘　　要：著名医家丁甘仁先生治疗吐血、咯血、便血、溲血等血证经验丰富 ,针对不同病因和出血部位 ,有清肝泻胃、清肺养阴、清热化湿、益气养阴、滋肾育阴等法 ,其独特治法是益气温经治吐血、养阴瘀治咯血、温阳健脾治便血。In treating hematemesis,hemoptysis,hematochezia and bloody urine,Mr.DING Ganren,a well-known physician,used clearing liver and stomach,clearing lung and enriching yin,clearing heat and removing dampness,enriching qi and yin and nourishing kidney-yin methods according to the bleeding causes and sites.His unique treatment methods were enriching qi and warming meridian to treat hematemesis,nourishing yin and dissolving stasis to treat hemoptysis,warming yang and nourishing spleen to treat hematochezia and nouishing liver and spleen to treat bloody urine.
