浅谈研究生科研创新能力的培养

摘　　要：研究生教育是为了向社会输出高层次的具有较高科研创新能力的科研人才,但是目前,我国研究生教育对研究生科研创新能力的培养十分欠缺。本文首先分析了研究生科研创新能力的内涵和构成,然后就目前研究生科研创新能力的培养现状和问题做了分析,最后给出了培养研究生科研创新能力的措施。Postgraduate education aims at providing high-level talented people with the capacity of doing research innovatively.However,the research innovation capability of postgraduates is very low.This paper firstly analyzed the concept and composition of research innovation capability,then discussed the present situation of cultivating postgraduate research innovation capability,and finally,this paper put forward some measures of how to cultivate postgraduates＇ research innovation capability.
