新时期大学生心理健康教育途径探析

摘　　要：大学生心理健康的教育是素质教育的重要组成之一。最近几年,随着时代的发展与进步,大学生的心理健康问题已成为各大学院思想教育的重、难点。针对此问题,高校已开展了各项关于大学生心理健康的教育活动。本文通过分析目前大学生心理所存在的问题及开展心理健康教育的必要性,提出在新时期下如何开展大学生心理健康教育才能达到培养素质形人才的目的。College students＇ psychological education is an important part of quality-based education.In recent years,with the development of the times,the problems of college students＇ psychologies has become a key and difficult point for college ideological education.In view the problem,colleges have implemented various activities of psychological education.Through analyzing the existing problems,this paper proposes the approaches of college students psychological education in the new period.
