摘　　要：公关素质是一个人综合素质的重要组成部分,大学生的公关素质是影响其健康成长的关键因素之一,也是关系整个社会持续健康发展的重要因素。独立院校作为一种新的办学模式,注重培养大学生的公关素质有利于提高毕业生的就业、创业竞争能力,促进大学生全面发展,满足社会发展对人才培养的需要。本文就独立学院大学生公关素质培养模式进行分析、探讨。The quality of public relations of an important part of a personal overall quality, and college students＇ quality of public relations is a key factor in their healthy growth, but also an an important factor influencing the sustained and healthy develop ment of the whole society. Training independent college students＇ quality of public relations will help improve their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship, promote their comprehen sive development, and meet the social development needs of per sonnel training. In this paper, the training mode of independent college students＇ quality of public relations is analyzed and ex plored.
