摘　　要：随着国民经济的不断繁荣及人民群众物质生活水平的显著提高,我国的休闲体育得到了较快发展。本文在充分认识我国休闲发展现状的基础上,指出我国休闲体育目前存在的问题,论述了我国休闲体育的发展对策。With the prosperity of national economy and improve ment of people＇s living standard, leisure sport has developed rapidly in China. Based on fully recognition of the development status of leisure sports in China, this paper points out the existing problems and illustrates the development strategy for leisure sports in China.
